We performed essential maintenance and repair work on the monument signage for Mary Frank Elementary in Granger. Our team secured detached metal panels and addressed weathering issues across the concrete masonry structure. We inspected the base, trim, and stone wall caps to ensure structural stability and a clean presentation for the school entrance. The project involved working with concrete masonry units, weathered wooden trim, and metal hardware. We reattached the identification plaques using professional-grade fasteners and addressed degradation on the segmental retaining wall blocks bordering the signage. This restoration ensured the primary identification sign remains secure and visible within the landscaped school grounds.
