Bathroom and Crawlspace Water Damage and Mold

This mold remediation and water damage project was from a leak that started in the bathroom toilet and affected the bathroom and crawlspace below. We dried out the crawlspace, treated the mold, replaced the vapor barrier and painted the flooring system with an antimicrobial, encapsulant paint. The bathroom was removed and restored to the pre-loss condition, and the client has a clean, safe and dry home
