Mold in Air Ducts Remediation

This started as a duct cleaning service but quickly transitioned into remediation when mold was found in the duct system. Due to the mold in the flex ducts, the flex duct system was removed after properly implementing environmental controls and procedures. Air scrubbers were installed, floor protection installed, and critical barriers were installed to prevent cross contamination. The metal ducts and air handler were cleaned and sanitized. The drywall had to be removed to access the duct system in the ceiling.
