We completed a full residential roof replacement for this two-story brick home in San Antonio. Our team began by inspecting and documenting extensive damage, including cracked shingles and granule loss, before stripping the roof down to the rafters. We replaced damaged sections with new OSB sheathing to ensure a solid structural foundation for the new roofing system. For maximum protection, we installed ProArmor synthetic underlayment and high-performance Owens Corning Duration Flex shingles across the entire surface. We also replaced all plumbing vent boots and ensured proper flashing around the chimney and roof intersections to prevent future leaks. The finished project provides the homeowners with a durable, weather-resistant roof that significantly enhances the property's longevity.
