This beautiful house in El Cerrito was a comprehensive project where we handled the interior, exterior, and cabinets. Here’s a breakdown of what we did: • Duration: The project took approximately 18 days to complete. • Scope of Work: Full painting of the interior, exterior, and cabinets. Exterior Work: • Trim Revival: We revived the trim around the exterior of the house, ensuring a fresh and clean appearance. Interior Work: • Crack and Gap Fixing: We meticulously fixed all cracks and gaps. • Trim Sanding: All trim was sanded to achieve a smooth finish. • Painting: We applied a nice coat of paint to the ceilings, walls, trim, and closets, resulting in a refreshed and cohesive look. Cabinet Work: • Oak Cabinets: Working with oak cabinets was particularly challenging due to the need to fill the wood grain. • Grain Filling: We employed several methods to ensure the grain was properly filled, resulting in a smooth finish. • Final Result: The cabinets now have a flawless, smooth finish that enhances the overall aesthetic of the kitchen.
