3D landscape design render for a Fair Oaks Ranch, TX property. DESIGN GOALS: Create a complete outdoor living plan for a wooded Hill Country property: a resort-style pool terrace, a covered outdoor kitchen and entertaining space, a productive garden, and a welcoming entrance, all working with the mature oak trees and day-to-night lighting. WHAT THE DESIGN INCLUDES: Our design team produced 2D plans and detailed 3D renders in both daytime and night views. The design shows a pool and spa terrace with lounge seating and terraced planting beds, a covered outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill and stone counter, and terraced steps with curved stepping stone paths leading to the lawn. It also features a fenced raised-bed garden with stepping stone pavers, a gravel seating area beside the driveway, raised planter beds with flowering trees and perennials, layered native planting along the home and garage court, a curved driveway edge, and stone entrance pillars. Landscape lighting uplights the trees and lights the paths and terraces after dark. WHY 3D DESIGN: Seeing the 2D plans and 3D renders in day and night lets the homeowner approve materials, layout and lighting before construction begins, avoids costly changes in the field and gives the build crew a clear plan to follow. FROM DESIGN TO BUILD: Our crews are bringing this plan to life in phases. The first phases included a 10-zone Rain Bird irrigation system with an ESP-ME3 controller, Wi-Fi control and a rain sensor, TifTuf Bermuda and Palmetto St. Augustine sod, hardwood mulch and Texas Blend river rock beds, and native plantings of Texas sage, Pride of Barbados, Esperanza, flax lily, flame acanthus and firecracker fern. Scope: 3D landscape design, 2D landscape plans, pool terrace design, outdoor kitchen design, garden design, planting design, landscape lighting design, hardscape design.
