FX Luminaire landscape lighting and smart LED eave lighting in Iron Mountain Ranch, San Antonio, TX. THE CHALLENGE: This brick two-story home went dark at night. The homeowners wanted to show off the architecture and mature oaks, light the walkway safely and have lighting they could control from their phone. WHAT WE DID: Our team installed six FX Luminaire black LED uplights at 2700K warm white, powered by an FX 150W transformer with a Wi-Fi adapter on a GFCI circuit, to wash the brick, highlight the trees and accent the limestone boulder by the front wall. Along the roofline we installed 21 smart RGB and white LED eave lights, 14 across the front and 7 in the back, on 3-way switching so they can glow warm white every night or change color for holidays. THE RESULT: Dramatic curb appeal, safer paths and an app-controlled lighting system that works year-round. The Trex deck we built for this home is in our other Iron Mountain Ranch showcase. Scope: FX Luminaire landscape lighting, LED uplighting, Wi-Fi lighting control, smart RGB eave lights, soffit lighting, accent lighting.
