In one of our recent transformations, we designed an outdoor space that truly showcases both beauty and practicality. We installed a unique pattern of two-by-two stepping pavers, carefully spaced and accented with washed granite in between. This combination not only adds a sleek, modern feel but also ensures easy maintenance and durability. For the deck, we opted for composite boards instead of traditional wood. This choice offers a ton of benefits: composite boards are more resistant to weather, require less upkeep, and they keep that fresh look for years without the hassle of staining or sealing. It's all about giving the client long-lasting elegance with minimal maintenance. To enhance the rest of the yard, we filled the back fence line with Texas Blend river rock, creating a clean and polished look along the edges. In the main garden area, we designed a charming chop-stone border and filled it with Texas Blend rock as well, along with drought-tolerant plants that bloom with beautiful flowers. This brought a lovely pop of color and contrast, making the entire space feel vibrant and welcoming. In the end, this project was all about blending sturdy, low-maintenance materials with a design that stands out and stays beautiful through the seasons.
