Complete Re-Sod & Paver Installation Project One of our recent customers reached out to us after seeing our 5-star Google reviews, ready for a complete yard transformation. They wanted to re-sod their entire lawn and switch to a new grass variety that would thrive better in their conditions. During our free consultation, we learned that the left side of their home was heavily shaded—making it difficult to maintain healthy grass—and they also needed a practical solution for easily transporting their trash cans. We recommended installing a custom paver pathway alongside the re-sod to address both function and curb appeal. For the paver path, we prepped the area with a compacted and leveled base, followed by a layer of sand to fill in and stabilize the gaps. We used Belgard pavers, finishing it with a chocolate 4x8 Holland border to create beautiful contrast and complement the home’s exterior. To ensure the new lawn had the best start, we rolled and treated the sod with a nutrient-rich blend to promote fast rooting—just in time for spring growth.
