Smart recessed soffit lighting for a brick home in Whisper Hollow, San Antonio, TX. THE CHALLENGE: After dark, this single-story brick home with arched windows and a courtyard arch faded into the shadows, and the new front landscape could not be enjoyed at night. WHAT WE DID: We installed eight smart recessed soffit lights, wired cleanly through the attic, upgraded to a 3-switch panel and added a smart Wi-Fi timer switch so the lights come on automatically. The fixtures are spaced to wash the brick, frame the arched windows and courtyard arch, and light the garage. THE RESULT: A soft, even glow across the facade, a safer entry at night and real nighttime curb appeal. The landscape and 3D design for this home are in our other Whisper Hollow showcases. Scope: smart recessed soffit lighting, attic wiring, switch upgrade, smart timer, exterior lighting installation.
