We recently completed a front yard refresh for a customer who wanted to give their space a new, freshened look. The process began with a free consultation, where we took the time to understand the customer's vision for the yard and took measurements of the area to ensure the design would be tailored to their needs. To start, we tackled the sod, ripping out the old grass and replacing it with fresh, healthy sod. Replacing the sod not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal of the yard but also provided the benefit of a healthier, greener lawn that’s less prone to disease and pests. It also improves the overall curb appeal of the home, making the property look well-maintained and inviting. The customer also wanted to extend their driveway to make it easier to access their vehicles. We extended the driveway using Belgard pavers, which not only added an elegant and stylish touch to the front of the home but also improved the overall design of the landscape. Pavers are incredibly durable and resistant to cracking, which ensures a longer-lasting surface. They also allow for better water drainage, helping to prevent pooling or flooding in the driveway area during rainy weather. On the left side of the yard, we replaced the patchy, struggling grass with crushed limestone, using pavers to create a clean and functional pathway that runs all the way through to the side of the home. This solution eliminated the issues caused by mud and dead grass due to heavy foot traffic, ensuring the area remains tidy and fresh-looking all year round. This thoughtful design not only solved a practical problem but also added a cohesive, polished look to the entire front yard. The overall transformation made the yard more functional, aesthetically pleasing, and easier to maintain, leaving our customer with a refreshed space they can enjoy for years to come.
