We had the pleasure of working with a returning customer who trusted us to take on a complete $100k backyard transformation. (If you haven’t already, be sure to check out the previous work we did on this home on our website—it’s a great example of how each project can build on the next.) This time, the customer reached out because their backyard basketball court was in need of some serious attention. After 20+ years, the acrylic surface had begun to deteriorate, and the concrete slab underneath was showing visible cracks. We recommended a modern color scheme that would provide a sharp contrast against all the green from the artificial turf we previously installed, giving the court a bold, refreshed look. Before applying the new sport court acrylic, we repaired and filled in the cracks to preserve the slab and ensure a smooth foundation. From there, we applied fresh layers of premium acrylic coating—a process that not only revives the look of the court but also extends its lifespan, improves playability, and provides better traction. To finish it off, we painted a professional basketball layout so our customer’s grandchildren can enjoy endless games on their new court. Our customer continues to be extremely happy with every project we’ve completed for them, and we’re excited to share that we’ll be coming back soon for another improvement to this property—so stay tuned!
