We completed a comprehensive energy efficiency project for this Pittsburgh residence, focusing on the attic’s thermal envelope. Our team performed extensive air sealing throughout the attic floor, using ZypFoam to seal recessed lighting fixtures, junction boxes, and mechanical penetrations. We also utilized rigid foam panels and sealant to address critical gaps in the attic framing and rim joists to improve comfort and reduce heat loss.
