We completed a comprehensive roofing replacement for a multi-unit townhome in North Royalton. The project involved stripping the existing materials down to the deck to inspect the structural integrity of the OSB and plywood surfaces. We then installed a high-performance roofing system across the connected residences to ensure consistent weather protection for the entire community. We utilized CertainTeed Patriot asphalt shingles in the Sablewood color for a durable and uniform finish across all units. The installation process featured the use of synthetic underlayment and new ridge vents to optimize attic ventilation and moisture control. This upgrade significantly improved the curb appeal and long-term durability of the complex.
