We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation in Solon, OH, focusing on a full roofing replacement.. Our team stripped the existing weathered shingles down to the wooden decking, addressing structural needs before installing a complete new asphalt shingle system. For this project, we used CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles in Moire Black to provide a durable and timeless look. The upgrade included the installation of new Velux skylights with specialized step flashing kits to provide natural light while ensuring a leak-proof seal. We finalized the project with updated metal drip edges, ridge vents for improved attic ventilation.
