We performed a full roofing for this residence in Maple Heights. The existing roof suffered from granular loss, staining, and damaged drainage systems that required immediate attention. We stripped the old materials down to the original deck, replacing sections of deteriorated wood with new OSB sheathing to create a stable, level surface for the new installation. For the finishing layer, we installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Moire Black across both the main house and the detached garage. We also replaced the dented aluminum gutters with a new system designed to handle heavy rainfall and improve moisture management. This project restored the home’s exterior integrity while significantly improving its curb appeal and long-term weather resistance.
