Burhman-Pharr Loft Apartments

We recently had the opportunity to replace this roof in historic downtown Texarkana. The roofing project was on the Burhman-Pharr Loft Apartments. We removed the previous roofing membrane and installed new insulation, as necessary. From there we added a one inch layer of ISO board insulation to meet city codes. IB Roof System's 50 MIL PVC membrane was added to the roof surface, as well as the parapet walls. New scuppers were added. Although this roof presented its share of challenges, it resulted in a great finished product.
