Commercial Rental Property in Mena, AR

We had the opportunity to execute this metal restoration job on this commercial rental property in Mena, Arkansas. We began with preparing the roof for the process by washing the roof. We then took care of sealing seams and fasteners. The building owner wanted to remove the existing skylights, so we took care of this and replaced them with R-Panel metal sheeting. We sealed this with the entire roof using a top coating product from ALDO Coatings. We are excited about how this turned out and appreciate the trust this building owner put in us to keep his rental property dry.
