Commercial Roof Replacement using Malarkey Vista Shingles and 50 mil PVC

For this project, we completed a full roof system upgrade across both pitched and flat roof areas. We tore off the existing shingles down to bare decking to ensure a clean inspection, replaced rotten decking, then installed synthetic underlayment, upgraded ventilation, and new painted eave trim. The home was finished with 7,070 square feet of Malarkey Vista Class 4 impact-rated shingles in Antique Brown. On the flat roof sections, we removed the existing system down to the concrete deck, completed detailed perimeter prep, and installed a fully adhered insulation package including 2” ISO base and tapered ISO for improved drainage. We then installed an IB PVC membrane system with crickets between drains, backed by a 20-year manufacturer NDL Total Systems Warranty.
