This apartment complex in Hope AR got hit by a hail storm on April 5th 2022. Hostetler Roofing had installed the roof over 15 years ago and the building owner stated that he didn't have any trouble except the time he called us to come look at a leak and we found a bullet hole in the roof. We repaired that for him at no cost and he had a trouble free roof once again. However when the hail storm hit that changed as the hail punctured the membrane in hundreds of places and needed to be repaired quickly. We made it a priority to get materials onsite and get started on this job fairly quickly because it was leaking and our customer had residents that were calling and not happy about the water that was coming in thru the ceiling.
