We completed a full exterior and interior upgrade on this 18,812 sq. ft. metal building, starting with the removal of existing metal panels and insulation on both the roof and walls. We installed new 26-gauge painted R-panel metal throughout, along with updated skylight panels, windows, trim, ridge cap, and a complete gutter and downspout system for improved performance and drainage. On the interior, all beams and purlins were professionally cleaned and prepped, then coated with a high-quality primer for long-term protection. We finished by applying 1” closed-cell spray foam insulation (R-7) across all interior metal surfaces to enhance energy efficiency and climate control. As with every project, our team completed a thorough cleanup, leaving the property clean and job-site ready.
