We cleaned and prepped the entire roof surface, then thoroughly inspected and reinforced all modified bitumen seams—especially in previously patched areas—by applying a high performance coating system with embedded reinforcing fabric for added strength and leak resistance. Any cracked or leaking pitch pans were sealed using a pourable sealant to protect roof penetrations. Once detail work cured, we applied an Aldocoat 400 premium white acrylic topcoat over all patched areas and the full roof section between the large skylights above the lobby to insure waterproofing, UV protection, and overall roof longevity.
