After a full tear-off down to the decking, we installed a complete high-performance roofing system designed for long-term protection and durability. This included synthetic underlayment, upgraded TARCO ice & water barrier in key areas, and new painted flashing for added weather resistance. We installed Malarkey Vista architectural shingles in the color Antique Brown, along with new starter shingles, hip & ridge caps, and proper ventilation to improve airflow and extend the life of the roof. All pipe penetrations and roof-to-wall areas were sealed with updated flashing systems to prevent leaks.
