In January of 2023 this homeowner had called us out to do some repairs on her metal roof. When our residential rep arrived on scene he quickly noticed right away several mistakes the original installers made. Our rep worked with this homeowner to get a scope of repair as inclusive as possible without going over her budget. We performed the repairs, but informed the homeowner that there were still problems with her roof that could eventually cause leaks. Sure enough 5 months later were contacted again by the homeowner, her roof had sprung new leaks. This time we got the opportunity to completely replace her old roof. This homeowner got a brand new roof with 26 GA. Residential Metal Panels in a Slate Gray color. We gave her our 5 Workmanship Warranty.
