Office Building in Texarkana

We were thankful for the opportunity to take care of this roof on Moores Lane in Texarkana. To the main part of the roof, we began by washing off the roof to prepare it for the restoration process. We then sealed all of the horizontal and vertical seams. We inspected the fasteners to check for their integrity. After this we applied the topcoat application to the roof. Aldocoat Products were used for this portion of the roof. On a small porch portion of the roof, we installed 50 MIL PVC roofing membrane from IB Roof Systems. This was applied on top of rigid ISO board.
