For this job we removed one layer of existing shingles and underlayment down to the bare roof decking. Any damaged decking was replaced as needed, per building. We then installed synthetic underlayment, new ventilation, new vinyl pipe boots, and new residential eave trim galvalume, and finished the roof with Class 3 impact-rated Malarkey Highlander architectural shingles.
