We completed a full metal roof replacement on this 2,816 sq. ft. home, starting with a complete tear-off of the existing shingle roof system to ensure a clean, solid foundation. Any damaged decking was addressed, followed by the installation of synthetic underlayment and a lathing system to properly support the new metal roof. Our team installed 26 gauge metal panels in the homeowner’s color of choice, along with valley flashing, eave and rake trim, ridge cap, and pipe vent boots. Proper ventilation was achieved through a ridge vent system, and all wall flashings were installed where needed for maximum weather protection.
