Residential Reroof: 40 Year Impact Rated Architectural Shingle

In May of 2023 we were in this homeowner's neighborhood doing storm restoration work from storm with high straight line winds. This particular roof saw no storm damage, but the homeowner still wanted a new roof. He flagged down one of our reps, our rep inspected the roof, and a few short weeks later we installed a brand new roof. We installed a 40 Year Class 3 Impact Rated Architectural Shingle (Highlander) manufactured by Malarkey Roofing Products. This homeowner now has a new roof and a 5 year Workmanship Warranty.
