Residential Reroof: 40 Year Impact Rated Architectural Shingles

In February of 2023 this cabin owner reached out to our office with concerns of storm damage. One of our reps went out to inspect the roof and found substantial damage as well as advanced wear and tear. After a long and fruitless battle with insurance the owner ended up having to just pay for this job out of pocket. We looked at trying to do isolated repairs to cut down on upfront costs, but due to the advanced age of the shingles it just was not a viable option. So, we put a new roof on using Malarkey's Class 3 impact rated architectural shingle. It is rated to withstand up to 1 3/4" hail as well as 110 mph winds. Not only did this customer get a new roof, but they also received a 5 year workmanship warranty.
