Residential Roofing Installation using 50 mil PVC

We replaced this customer's flat roofing system over 2 years ago in 2020. Since we were able to establish a relationship of trust and credibility, they gave us a call when their home was damaged by hail to come service their roof again. This customer decided to go back with the IB PVC 50. 6'IB PVC Single-PLY 50 is Polyester reinforced membrane providing the primary field protection in a low slope roof system. We also reshingled this customer's home with Malarkey Highlander architectural shingles in the Silverwood color. Since we replaced both the shingled and flat roof at the same time we were able to run the PVC membrane 3' up under the shingles to provide a more cohesive and leak free roofing system.
