Residential Roofing Installation using PVC membrane and 24 gauge Standing Seam Metal

Here are some pictures of a high end roof that Hostetler Roofing installed on a house roof in Texarkana. This house roof had a combination of pitch roof and flat roof. Right away we knew this house was gonna be a fun project because of the challenge of needing a crew that is skilled in standing seam metal and flat roofs. We installed 80 mil bronze PVC on the flat roofs first then installed the 24 gauge standing seam metal on the pitch roofs. The challenge on these house roofs is finishing the trim work and tying into chimneys and walls etc. This residential roofing project in Miller County will turn out really nice once we finish. We are currently waiting on some more 80 mil PVC that is back ordered to finish this project. I'll update pictures after we install the final material. This home owner has a energy efficient low maintenance house roof that will be easy to maintain.
