Spittler Tire

We were thankful for the opportunity to perform the work on this portion of the Spittler Tire building in downtown Magnolia. We removed the previous roofing system and and added ISO insulation board, as it was necessary. 50 MIL PVC membrane from IB Roof Systems was used as the top portion. The walls were covered with the same roofing membrane. The original coping was returned to the top of the parapet walls. The existing scuppers and downspout were left in tact on the north wall for use. We are excited about how well this roof turned out and know it will offer years of reliable service.
