Storm Restoration Reroof: 25 Year 3-Tab Shingle

This homeowner had called our office to get a free inspection and estimate for a roof replacement. She had an approved insurance claim for storm damage, and she was in search of a dependable contractor to take care of her roofing needs. We inspected the roof, created an estimate for the cost of replacment, and then worked with the homeowner to find the best shingle for her. Our production team ran into a lot of compromised decking due to years of unmanaged leaks. This created an unforeseen cost, and our Project Manager worked with the homeowner in giving her complete visibility throughout the entire process, and getting her approval before moving forward with any additional woodwork. This homeowner ended up with a new roof and a 5 year workmanship warranty.
