Storm Restoration Reroof: 30 Year Architectural Shingle

This homeowner's rent house was damaged by hail in June of 2023. The homeowner originally wanted the Malarkey Highlander, a Class 3 impact rated shingle. However, due to long lead times on back ordered material, the homeowner decided to go with an Owen's Corning non impact rated shingle. We also installed IB Roof Systems PVC membrane on the flat roof.
