For this particular roofing project, our team was requested to assess a case involving wind-blown shingles. Following a comprehensive inspection, we discovered significant wind damage to the roof and advised the customer to file an insurance claim. Once the claim was filed, we arranged for a meeting with the insurance adjuster at the property, who validated the extensive wind damage to the roof. As a result, the insurance company covered almost the entire cost of the roof replacement, which amounted to $12,896.87. Thanks to the successful insurance claim, the total cost of the roof replacement was almost fully covered by the insurance carrier, and the customer only incurred a nominal cost of $1,500.
