Drainage and Sod Project in Edisto Island

Hudson Bros Lawn Care resolved a persistent flooding issue for a downstairs apartment attached to a single-family home in Edisto. Our team redesigned the drainage system to redirect water away from the doorway, bringing in soil and sod to raise the grade and create a proper slope toward the drains. To further protect the entrance, we installed a small stone edging wall that adds both function and curb appeal. The result is a dry, secure, and attractive space that stands up to heavy rain while enhancing the property’s overall appearance.
