Hull Brothers Roofing completed a comprehensive reroof for this multi-story Beverly Hills residence, covering both flat and sloped sections. We repaired the weathered membranes, repaired mastic around vents and chimneys, and installed a white reflective cool roof coating on the flat areas. On the pitched sections, we performed a full terracotta tile reset: new felt and flashing, then reinstalled tiles with fresh mortar along the ridges and hips.
