Our crew repaired the membrane punctures and deteriorated seals around roof penetrations, and reinforced the intersections between the flat roof deck and the parapet walls to ensure a watertight seal. We then applied a uniform white reflective coating across the entire flat surface for a durable, UV-resistant barrier, sealing the bases of the HVAC units, conduits, and plumbing vents with heavy-duty mastic to prevent future leaks.
