We restored a flat bitumen roof on a multi-family apartment building in Los Angeles with full surface prep, parapet stucco repair, and resealing of skylight curbs and plumbing vents. We then applied a high-performance white reflective silicone coating to the entire flat roof — delivering superior UV protection, energy efficiency, and a seamless waterproof barrier. Perimeter integration with existing terracotta clay tiles and new metal flashing ensures long-term durability. Result: A cool roof system that extends roof lifespan, reduces energy costs, and meets Los Angeles energy efficiency standards.
