We completed a full exterior siding replacement on this Philadelphia property, starting with the removal of old, damaged panels and deteriorating underlayment. Our team stripped the wall surface down to the wooden studs and sheathing to address areas of decay and ensure structural integrity. We then installed a new moisture barrier and high-quality insulation to prepare for the final cladding. For the finish, we installed vertical black Vinyl siding siding panels to create a modern and durable facade. This upgrade included new window framing and integrated flashing to protect the structure from the elements.
