We completed a comprehensive flat roof replacement and custom roof deck installation in Philadelphia. Our team identified and remediated significant structural water damage and wood rot throughout the existing roof frame and interior wall cavities. We restored the building envelope by installing new ZIP System sheathing and advanced waterproofing membranes to ensure long-term durability. For the final finishes, we installed black horizontal siding on the rooftop structure along with a glass-paneled entry door. The project concluded with a modern rooftop terrace featuring artificial turf and updated drainage systems.
