We recently completed air duct and dryer vent cleaning at a home in Clermont. During the inspection, we found dust buildup throughout the ductwork and noted that the dryer pipe in the attic was crooked and required trimming. To correct this, we cut back the pipe and securely reattached it using a plate, collar, and mastic seal at the roof connection. Using our high-powered vacuum truck system, we thoroughly extracted embedded debris—clearly visible in the before-and-after photos. To maximize suction and protect the home during service, we sealed off vents in line with our standard cleaning protocol. Afterward, we applied a fogging treatment to sanitize the system and promote healthier indoor air quality. For best results, we recommend air duct servicing every three years.
