We recently completed a full-service air duct and dryer vent cleaning at a home in Clermont. Our initial inspection revealed heavy dust buildup inside the ductwork, air handler, and blower fan. To thoroughly clean the system, we deployed our high-powered vacuum truck to remove embedded debris. Following our standard protocol, we sealed all vents to enhance suction and protect the home during service. After clearing the system, we applied a sanitizing fog treatment to help neutralize lingering contaminants and support a healthier indoor environment. The before-and-after photos highlight the dramatic improvement in airflow and overall system cleanliness. We identified significant lint buildup at the rooftop dryer exhaust vent. This type of accumulation can severely restrict airflow and presents an elevated fire hazard if left untreated. To resolve the issue, we used our high-pressure compressed air system to thoroughly clear the entire exhaust line of lint, debris, and any nesting materials. This process restored proper airflow, enhanced dryer performance, and may help reduce energy consumption. We provided before-and-after photos to clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of our cleaning process. To maintain safe airflow and reduce fire risk, we recommend scheduling professional dryer vent cleaning on an annual basis. To maintain indoor air quality, minimize dust accumulation, and boost HVAC efficiency, we recommend professional air duct cleaning every three years.
