We performed a comprehensive air duct cleaning at a home in Windermere. During our initial inspection, we observed substantial dust buildup within the air handler unit, along with suspect microbial growth around several vents. To address these concerns: • We removed the affected vents and treated them with Decon30, a botanical disinfectant, to sanitize and eliminate visible growth. • Our high-powered vacuum truck was used to extract the majority of debris from the ductwork. • Before-and-after photos clearly showcased the effectiveness of our equipment in restoring clean airflow. To maintain a clean environment and ensure optimal suction throughout the process, we sealed off vents as needed. This precaution helped contain dust and protect the home during service.
