We completed a chimney chase pan replacement on a residential property in Groveland. The project involved removing and replacing the existing chase pan, storm collar, and chimney cap. We carefully dismantled the old components before installing the new ones. Due to the pitch of the roof, the job required additional safety precautions and extended labor time. The complexity of access and installation increased the difficulty compared to a standard replacement, making this a more involved project overall.
