We performed a commercial air duct cleaning at a property in Clermont. Our process began with a comprehensive walkthrough, during which our certified technicians assessed the condition of the ductwork and HVAC system. We utilized state-of-the-art vacuum trucks capable of generating 16,000 CFM of suction and 35 inches of static pressure. This professional-grade equipment was connected directly to the HVAC system to extract contaminants—including dust, dirt, and allergens—from deep within the ductwork. Prior to starting the cleaning, we took extensive precautions to protect the property. Floors, furniture, and other sensitive surfaces were covered to prevent dirt or damage during the process. Each section of the ductwork was thoroughly cleaned using agitation air whips, which safely and efficiently dislodged debris. Unlike rotary brushes that can damage duct walls, air whips provided a precise, damage-free cleaning method. We also captured before-and-after photos to document the effectiveness of the vacuum truck cleaning and showcase the quality of our work.
