Commercial Air Duct Cleaning in Windermere

We completed a full air duct cleaning for a commercial building in Windermere with three air handler units (AHUs) located above the ceiling grid. • All three systems were fogged and sanitized with Decon 30 to kill mold and bacteria and disinfect internal surfaces. • We used agitation whips to loosen dust and debris inside the supply ducts, return ducts, and main trunk lines. • Powerful vacuum trucks (up to 16,000 CFM suction) were connected to each system to create strong negative air pressure and remove contaminants. • To improve suction and protect the workspace, we taped or blocked vents and covered furniture with plastic and runners.
