Air Duct Source Removal — Clermont
We inspected accessible air-handler components and duct openings, documenting blower dust, ceiling grille deposits and dust trails, corroded coil supports, and clustered dark deposits near a wiring ledge that warrant evaluation as suspect microbial growth. We connected vacuum collection at the air handler and used compressed-air agitation through protected ceiling supply openings. Negative suction draws dislodged material toward collection and helps contain dust while source removal proceeds. Later views show the installed blower, accessible cabinet surfaces and material removed from the system. Persistent rust and staining remain visible, and some photographed lined openings still show substantial deposits. The draft remains incomplete pending clearer matched after views and final access-restoration photographs. Cleaning does not repair corrosion or establish microbial clearance.
