Air Duct & Bathroom Fan Cleaning — Clermont
We found dust on the blower-wheel blades, heavy layered dirt at an accessible return opening, and thick deposits on a bathroom exhaust fan. We protected the hose route, connected HVAC vacuum collection at the air handler, and agitated supply branches through isolated openings. Negative suction drew dislodged material toward collection, helping contain dust and remove accumulated material from the accessible air-distribution system. We also documented component service in the air handler and bathroom fan. Matched return-opening and fan views show substantially less loose buildup afterward; persistent liner discoloration and adhered white overspray remain visible. The plenum service cut was restored with a foil-faced reinforced patch, while the surrounding wall access opening was still exposed in the photograph. This draft records the photographed cleaning outcome and restoration limits without claiming measured airflow or health improvements.
