We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation on this two-story residence in Valencia. Our team began by stripping away the failing original siding to address significant wood rot discovered at the foundation and sill plates. To create a sound and weather-tight structure, we installed new OSB sheathing and wrapped the entire home in a protective Tyvek moisture barrier.
